Vision and Mission
The vision of Kathiroor Grama Panchayat is to grow into a hygienic and healthy village with the aim of people's welfare and comprehensive development. The main objective is to move forward with the participation of all sections based on social justice, environmental protection and sustainable development. The mission of the panchayat is to ensure the best infrastructure, education, healthcare, drinking water and sanitation for the people and to give priority to women empowerment, youth development and promotion of agriculture. The mission of the panchayat is to elevate Kathiroor as a model panchayat by ensuring public participation and providing transparent governance and efficient services.
